악어 (pronounced Ah-guh, written as Acau in latin script) is a Korean-Speaking member of the QSMP who was announced on February 9th, 2024, and joined for the first time on February 11th, 2024 (Day 324) during the Welcome 악어! event.

He is portrayed by the content creator of the same name.

Personality

On the day of his arrival, 악어 seemed to be a very kind and friendly person with those he interacted with, repeating his name multiple times so others could understand. He typically communicates in a formal and polite manner regardless of relationship and age.

Despite his amiable nature, 악어 often inadvertently overlooks things in his surroundings, such as missing signs or treading upon fields, when engrossed in other activities. He enjoys teasing others and has a tendency to speak bluntly, not sugarcoating his words. 악어 especially enjoys poking fun at his son 춘식, making jokes about fried eggs or accidentally letting him die.

악어 enjoys exaggerating his abilities, especially to those who might not be familiar with him. However, behind these boasts, he is a hardworking and dedicated individual, staying up for hours to complete tasks. 악어 is known for his quick thinking and skills in combat and PVP. He is hesitant to impose on others or ask for assistance unless directly offered, showing his self-sufficiency and potential stubbornness.

Best Friend

중력 and 악어 have been close friends for more than 10 years prior to 중력's official arrival to the Island. The two of them seem to be complete opposites, with 중력 being much more verbally outgoing and 악어 being more shy and quiet. However, the two of them are both unafraid to call others out bluntly. When asked which one of them was better, they immediately began naming the other as more skilled individual. 악어 has said multiple times that he and 중력 are close friends.

While it seemed like 악어 was indifferent with his son 춘식, they immediately began their process of bonding after spending their first day together. They went on countless adventures with 악어 joking about frying 춘식 and accidentally letting him die. Despite enjoying teasing his son, 악어 was deeply concerned with his son's well-being, spending hours tirelessly working to complete the cookie tasks to ensure his survival. Despite his initial "indifference," 악어 immediately became possessive and protective over 춘식 when 중력 suggested he could take ownership by being a better parent.

Quackity was the first person that 악어 met on the Island. He introduced 악어 the rest of the islanders awake, notably his son 춘식, giving him a tour of the Island and showing him how it worked. They got along very well, bonding over their shared lack of direction and building ability. 악어 seems to enjoy teasing and poking fun at the other, often making one another laugh. When Quackity asked to be roommates, 악어 refused, only hesitantly giving in seeing how devastated the other was.

악어 was very excited to hear there was another Korean speaking member on the island, immediately calling Tina his "sister". When Tina expressed that she had lost most of the language, 악어 assured her that they could speak a mix of English and Korean together to help her remember. He also accepted Tina's offer to attempt dungeons together and offered to use his own coins to buy her a horse after seeing her bartering with Foolish. 악어 seems to look out for her, asking if she has eaten and telling her not to learn or use curse words from the others.

Baghera Jones

Baghera was the second French speaking Islander 악어 talked to. 악어 asked for Baghera's age, to which she replied that she was 29 year old. 악어 said that he was 30 and, since they were similar in age, they could be friends (which Baghera accepted eagerly). Soon after, Baghera gave him a golden apple as a gift, as that was all she had, but said that soon they would be rich together.

악어 met Etoiles briefly inside The Mall on his first day, and another brief moment outside the Mall. During the second time, Quackity mentioned that 악어 and Etoiles were both talented at combat. Etoiles told him that he analyzed 악어's moves and recognized that he was an experienced PVPer, telling him "good luck" if 악어 wanted to kill him. 악어 suggested that they not fight with one another, saying if Etoiles needed help, they should go together. Etoiles later offered him assistance in finding and using dark metal to create more powerful weapons.

BadBoyHalo

악어 and Bad met while Quackity was introducing all the Islanders to the new member in The Mall. He and Bad spoke briefly about Twitch shutting down in Korea. On a different day, when 악어 was struggling with returning to his body, Bad offered him help which allowed 악어 successfully recover all of his items. 악어 personally thanked him in chat, calling him "Halo."

악어 heard Pac singing "Super Shy" by the band "New Jeans" and comments that he likes listening to K-pop too. Pac says it's a pleasure to meet him and introduces his son Richarlyson to 악어. When Pac leaves, 악어 says that Pac is a pleasant friend.

On the first day Foolish and 악어 went to do dungeons together with Mouse, Tina and Empanada. Foolish gifted him a horse and a paraglider, which greatly improved his mobility. They were not able to talk until 중력's arrival on the island. Foolish boldly cursed at him after learning a swear word from 중력, completely catching 악어 off guard.
