Elena, also known by the codename WS01, is a High Rank Federation's Faceless Worker who first appeared on December 10th, 2023, showing her POV via a livestream on QSMP Info.^[1]

Physiology[]

Elena is a completely white, faceless creature who wears two pink ribbons on the left and right of her head. She wears a very long open white coat with two pins, one black at the bottom and one with 3 vertical stripes in pink, white and blue at the top. Inside she wears a white shirt with a pink tie and short black pants supported by a black belt with a gray buckle, along with black shoes with long black socks.

Personality[]

Since her partner passed away she has isolated herself from society and started working for the Federation on a remote island. Despite being given the option to avoid interaction, Elena reveals a genuinely warm and friendly nature. She treats her coworkers with kindness, expressing gratitude for their efforts and demonstrating a genuine connection. This has earned her the trust of many colleagues, such as Cucurucho who has opened up to her about his worries. However she has shown some discomfort towards Cucurucho due to him referring to her as WS01, her code name, preferring to be called her name instead. She seems to know about the strange and unethical experiments and practices that the federation conducts but she seems to accept it due to the results being incredible breakthroughs in science. This inclination towards prioritizing results over ethical concerns suggests that she aligns with a utilitarian perspective.

She likes coffee and lemon coconut bars. She also was seen listening to Slimecicle’s "juanaflippa" song.

History[]

Elena was first introduced during a livestream titled "QSMP Federation High Ranking Meeting" on Day 261. She is believed to be a high ranking female Faceless Worker. Little is known about Elena's past, but we know that she had a partner who was later killed by The Federation in order to have Elena fully commit to their organization. Elena was once a fully trustworthy worker, but she then betrayed the trust of The Federation by killing one of her fellow employees, to which she was jailed, and forced to kill one of her friends in order to survive. Upon her arrival, Cucurucho called her to his room and informed Elena of the problems that were happening on Quesadilla Island and showed his concern, so Elena consoles him and says that he is a great boss and that the residents of the Island trust him so that he can resolve these problems. Despite praising him, Elena showed discomfort when he called her by her Federation codename: WS01.

Elena then became unsure if she could trust Cucurucho. She believed that there is something he is hiding from her and the other workers.

On Day 286, Elena, Fred, Agent 18 and Foolish were called to a meeting. Agent 18 gave Cucurucho some information about the murder of worker WC13. This information lead Cucurucho to believe that Elena was the culprit behind the atrocity that had been committed, and he had her arrested and thrown in jail, along with worker WB35.

After Elena had been thrown in jail, she had been tortured. On Day 295, Cucurucho ordered Elena to kill the "traitor" WB35, who was her friend. And she did it, because there was no other option. Elena had called Cucurucho a monster. He is evil and does not have good intentions.

Upon her arrival, it is seen that all the workers treat her very well. When she went to Spawn and met several workers, they all waved to her, offered her things and thanked her for her work, sending several gratitude books, juices and flowers.

Elena even invited her worker friends over to her house for a barbecue. They had a great time together. They are always comforting each other when one of them feels down.

On Day 278, Elena killed a worker. Cider was a witness to this murder. It is currently unclear of the relationship between Elena and the other workers.

Elena and WA02 traveled to Egg Island and back together. They were included a few meetings together with along with Cucurucho. They seemed to get along well.

On Day 278, WA02 did not help her when she was being arrested. On Day 295, they were there, but did nothing to help her. Since then, Elena has not been very fond of Fred.

Elena had previously gotten along well with Agent 18, but on Day 286, Agent 18 turned her in to Cucurucho for murdering Worker WC13, who then had her and Worker WB35 arrested. Elena tried to call him out for lying, but it was no use.

Cider offered to comfort Elena when she was feeling stressed out, but just as Elena was about to open up to him, she shot and killed another worker, leaving Cider stunned and scared. It is unclear if their current relationship with each other.

WB35 and Elena have always been good friends. Elena believed that after she killed WC13, they would think of her differently, but WB35 remained her friend and stuck by her side.

On Day 295, after their arrest, and Elena’s interrogation, Elena was told by Cucurucho that the only way The Federation would let her live, was if she put an end to WB35. Elena, seeing no other option, hesitantly complied.

WC13 had been causing trouble for Elena. By what it sounds like, WC13 was going to rat Elena out for keeping the confidential book. On Day 278, Elena killed WC13.

Islanders[]

On Day 278, Elena was spotted by Tubbo after her meeting with Richarlyson. She ran away before they could have any social interaction.

When Elena and Foolish first met on Day 286, Elena seemed to get along well with Foolish, until he arrested her. She begged him not to, but he did anyways. He did, however, seem to feel a bit guilty about it, saying that he’ll make sure she gets a lawyer and a trial to plead her case.

On Day 295, Bagi met with Elena to ask her some questions about The Federation and various other topics. Bagi seemed to really care about her and how the Federation was treating her. Before Elena was escorted out of the room, Bagi promised Elena that she would make sure she would survive.

Other - Eggs[]

When Elena went to Spawn, she was interrupted by Richarlyson, who then pulled out his axe, put on his Bolas mask, threw his chancla at her, and ran away. Elena didn’t seem to be bothered by Richarlyson, so she put his chancla in a box, and went on with her business.

Later, Elena checked the box to find that the chancla was gone, and in its place was a note from Richarlyson. He wrote the note in Portuguese, saying “Thank you for returning my chancla >:D If you don’t tell my dads that I was walking alone, I won’t tell them that I bumped into you. 0_0 Agreed!!” After reading this, Elena just shook her head and put the note back.

On Day 278, during the QSMP stream titled; TIME FOR THE TRUTH, Richarlyson came across Elena again. He asked her for a map to Egg Island in exchange for information about what’s happening to Forever. They agreed on the deal and Elena promised to leave the map in a safe place that only he could access.

Even though she has since been imprisoned, Elena was still able to leave the information that Richarlyson needed in the chest. She told Bagi to tell the "Reckless Egg" to check the chest.

Other - Organizations[]

Despite working for the Federation for many years, Elena does not trust the Federation and knows that they are not what they say they are. On Day 350 when Elena discovered that her partner was killed by the Federation, she vowed to find out and exploit all their secrets.

"My name is Elena and I work for the Federation. Everything began with the death of my partner, life took them too early, too soon. I didn't know where to go, what to do with myself, I had nothing, It was then that the Federation approached me. At the time, the idea of working on remote islands away from society in its entirety was incredible to me, I would be given a home, work, all my needs tended to with some time for myself. I didn't even have to talk to anyone if I didn't want to, It was a dream- and it still is, although the work has gotten much harder since I climbed up the ranks, I was content just being the lowest rank for a long time, but then I learned what the Federation actually did, They researched the strangest of things, franky unethical experiments, but the results were often incredible breakthroughs in science, I saw how some of these inventions resulted in the rapid advancement of modern medicine-things that could have saved the person I loved, I knew from that point on that I had to get to the top, to be able to do the work that truly helps others, It may have been too late for my partner, but if I could prevent anyone else from that pain then I would do anything. Now, it wasn't EASY getting to the position I'm in now, hosnestly, much of it was luck, but hard work and perseverance was a part of it! And of course, being there for when your fellow workers struggled, It was a little odd to open up again to people, but I've made good friends here and they trust my judgement, I trust that the Federation means well, and I will do my best every day to make the world a better place with their help."

Trivia[]

Elena is the first Faceless Worker who already has a given name in her first appearance, without being named by one of the Members.
Elena is the first Faceless Worker seen to have a voice, almost similar to Cucurucho's. (Besides Fred who has only spoken two words to Tubbo, and the Sheriff)
Elena is the only S Tier worker to have ever been seen, with WS041 the other known one who was labelled as deceased in a report at a dungeon that Etoiles fought through on Day 222.
Elena killed the worker called WC13 on Day 278, and her friend, Worker WB35 on Day 295.
Elena worked in the Genetics Field of the Federation.
