Empanada is one of the eggs in the QSMP. She is a white pixelated egg with two pancakes on top of her head. She was found along with SunnySideUp and Pepito on Egg Island on November 21st, 2023. Cucurucho assigned her parents to be Jaiden, Bagi, Niki, Tina, and Mouse.
Physiology[]
Empanada is an unblemished white egg without a single crack, with two black legs peeking from the base of her shell. As an accessory, Em sports a tilted pancake tower on her head—two pancakes stacked high, crowned with a slice of butter. Philza, curious about the perpetually fresh pancakes, dared to ask why they never spoiled. His query earned him a swift frying pan straight to the face![3]

- Day 256 │ December 6, 2023: Lately, Em has prepared herself the upcoming festive season! Thanks to Osito Bimbo, she's dressed as a snowman, sporting a carrot nose and black buttons on her shell. Additionally, her pancake stack now features a chilly snowflake pattern.[4]
Personality[]
Empanada is a gentle and cautious egg. She is shown to be loving to Bagi when they first met, and later to her other guardians as well. As stated by herself, Em has preference for sweet food, having a passion to bake with her mother Nihachu. She is quite a friendly egg, but can also be sarcastic as shown with her interactions with Sunny.

Empanada spent her first day besides Bagi the whole time talking, visiting places and feeling comforted for having a mother, something she said she always wanted to have. She said one of her favorite things is your mom Bagi. Every time she opens up and feels more comfortable besides her mom. Empanada is extremely sweet and gentle with Bagi, feeling truly happy and thankful for having her and feeling safe around her.Empanada spends most of her time with Bagi, talking, building and doing her egg tasks. They made an agreement of talking with their native languages to each other in non-dangerous situations. Empanada protects her from anyone that tries to attack her.
Family Very PositiveMouse became attached to Empanada very quickly. Mouse asked Empanada if she would be afraid of her since she's a demon, and Empanada replied that she's not human either, and all she did was be kind to her. Mouse promised to protect Empanada with her life and even cried when she ended up falling and getting hurt. For Mouse's birthday, Empanada built a gazebo with floating lights and detailed decorations.
Family Very PositiveShe met her the day after her arrival on Quesadilla Island, at Niki's castle. They were very happy to discover that they both speak German and the first thing they planned to do in the future is a Bakery, as Empanada really likes sweets and wants to learn how to cook.

She got to meet her when her mother came back swimming from Purgatory. Tina previously showed a big desire for being a mom, and got excited to know that she was going to have an egg. On her first day she was very nervous and mispoke some times, but Empanada was more than understanding, saying, at the and of the day that she had lot of fun.
Neutral/PositiveJaiden was killed on the last day of Purgatory and no one ever knew until it was announced. The day Empanada showed up, her certificate included Jaiden, made before they discovered her status. During this time they didn't know about, Empanada was eager to meet her, saying she wanted Jaiden to choose whether to be her mother or not, as she didn't want her to think she was a replacement for Bobby, wanting to have a new experience with her.

Siblings Very PositiveAlthough they probably met on Egg Island, aka Purgatory, Empanada and Richarlyson have not yet had interactions as a family. But upon learning that they are cousins, she is eager to get to know him properly and worries that he might become jealous and start to hate her. On day 248, Richarlyson accepted Bagi as his aunt and mother, thus also becoming Empanada's brother. The two also met on the same day and, although Richarlyson didn't like sharing his parents, he was very receptive to Empanada saying that apparently they are siblings since they promised both of them the same mother. Empanada seems very happy and eager to interact more with her new “cousin brother”. Richas also finds her very cute.

Although Pomme didn't remember having met Empanada, they got along pretty well once they met at the Quesadilla Island. Empanada was feeling uncomfortable by being at a loud place and Pomme said she'd protect her, also calling her "sweet".{
She always checks to see if Empanada is okay, showing herself to be very careful and trustworthy, as well as always listening to what Empanada has to say, being a good listener and comforting her whenever she can. Pomme is the Egg that Empanada most talk, this can be seen on the various signs that the both place. Empanada said "I trust you" to Pomme, which is difficult for Empanada, since there are eggs that don't trust her and she feels isolated because of this, and Pomme is one of the only eggs that she feels more comfortable to talk. Pomme said that she sees a lot of herself in Empanada and that she cares about her a lot because of it, trusts her a lot and considers her as his little sister.
Family Siblings Very PositiveRamón has become an older brother figure to Em and he has started to call her his little sister too. Ramón is very protective over her and she feels safe and happy while hanging out with him. They always are excited to see and greet each other.

Best FriendSunny and Empanada have become very close friends and even refer to each others as sisters despite not having the same parents due to them coming to the island at the same time with Pepito. The two are practically inseparable when they see each other and love to hang out, having sleepovers with each other whenever they can.
They often confide in each other when they have insecurities or worries likely related to specific eggs not trusting them. Sunny comforted Empanada when they first met after Sunny found out about her losing a life. She told Empanada that she could take them away and hide forever somewhere else.
Family Siblings Very PositiveAlthough they both were found together with SunnySideUp at the Egg Island, they been seen haven't interacted much yet. Empanada feels sorry for Pepito after seeing Roier throwing a chancla at the egg. Pepito told Empanada that Pepito was wearing a bunny head to match with her and Sunny. Pepito also called her Pepito's hermanita (little sister).
Family Very PositiveDappy.Dapper got really pleased to meet her and Bagi. He was kind and kept talking with Empanada, and showered her in chocolate and honey. At one moment Dapper accidentally shot Empanada, making her sad, so Dapper hit himself with a frying pan. When Empanada was feeling uncomfortable for being at a loud place, Dapper comforted her.
Dapper, uponing hearing she lost a life, vowed that 'I WILL FU**ING KILL THEM ALL' on a speaker block.[note 2]
Family Very PositiveFavorite Uncle. Even though she thinks Bad might be a bit crazy, she seemed to enjoy the time she spent with him, eventually considering him as an "uncle" unlike every other resident she met on her first day. She has been worried about Bad’s state even if he tells her not to, specifically his back and his frequent memory loss.
On Day 280, to return the favor of Bad enchanted her armor and tools, she gifted him a book, two flowers, and a painting of Dapper. The flowers were an angelica, and a cornflower. The book told Bad that Em, despite not knowing him for long, trusts her especially if Bagi also trusts him. Em also explained her worries of his health and if something were to happen to him, she would not be prevent it, and hates that feeling. Em states flower giving often occurs when someone is already dead, so she does not want to regret this and in the end, she thanks him for being her uncle.
After Empanada’s encounter and demise to the Eye Soldiers, she became extremely sad and frightened. When Em met Bad at Spawn, she immediately asked for a hug. Furthermore, Bad lassoed her to prevent lassoing from the Eye Soldiers if they were to show up again, she said she felt safe with him.
She seems to understand his mental state better then most, being very observant to his relationship with others. she notes her Eomma's relationship with him is like like a deal then friendship, and also takes notice of how most see him as someone to gain items from then a friend. she often sympathizes with him, hoping he is okay as she sees his Soul Vulture injuries. She is aware he is immortal, but she feels as if people don't treat Bad as a person who can be hurt, either physically or emotionally due to this. She cares for him deeply, stating he is her favorite uncle on multiple occasions. She often defends him as well. It can be inferred they are family due to Tina and Bad's pseudo-sibling bond.
Family Neutral/PositiveThey met on day 316, Cellbit likes to tease Empanada, threatening her, but Empanada is not afraid. Overall, the two have a good relationship, teasing each other playfully.

NeutralEven though Roier hit Empanada the first time they met, she doesn't seem to hold a grudge. Saying he can call her by her nickname, Em.

Very PositiveThe two have hung around each other quite a lot because of Empanada's friendship with his daughter, Sunny. Whenever any of Em's mums aren't there and Em is online, she often goes to hang out with the two and trusts Tubbo to take care of her. He's been a good babysitter to her when she's in his care and for his birthday she gifted him a lovely drawing which she had made for him as a gift.
Very PositiveEmpanada promised Pac one day to change places. Empanada is so grateful that Pac and Fit saved her, comforted her mother, helped her have more heart and resilience, and took care of her when her mother was gone.

Very PositiveEven though both have different energies, they got along well, specially after Chayanne found out Empanada was building a bakery with her mother Niki. They want to cook together in the future.
PositiveEmpanada and Tallulah got along pretty well, as both share a calm and timid energy. They kept exchanging flowers with each other. However, Tallulah does not trust the new eggs.
Recently, during time spent with Chay and Tallulah with Bagi, Em wrote, "I'm not your sibling, but I hope I can count as a friend", to which Talluah replied, "You are winning my heart as a sibling Empanadita", and, "I will try to protect you".
PositiveAlthough Leo was shy at first after wrongly assuming Empanada was a Spanish speaker because of her name, they got along well.
Empanada complimented Leo's english. She also showed concern for Leo, talking to Bagi about asking Leo if she needs help with her tasks (as she has no parents present and her bar may take longer to get filled).

Very NegativeThe Eye Soldiers repeatedly attacked Empanada on three separate occasions, successfully killing her on Day 293. She said she was tied up and beaten to death by them.[5]
