Since Leo and the other Eggs did not die on April 30th, Foolish has nearly finished the center tower of the build and has started to move into the tower. Also, as a result of the unknown trauma the eggs faced while kidnapped on April 30th, he and Leo built a reinforced bunker inside the body of the dragon for Leo to use as a hiding spot. The bunker is only accessible by a waystone.

The main dragon body was completed before the Partner Egg Event on April 3rd, and since then Foolish's duties as a parent to Leonarda has considerably slowed his progress on building the central tower and living areas of the statue, instead living out of a chest pile on the shore. During the six days leading up to April 30th, Foolish put a lot more effort into trying to complete the tower, because he wanted to be able to give Leo her own room before she possibly disappeared.
Since Leo and the other Eggs did not die on April 30th, Foolish has nearly finished the center tower of the build and has started to move into the tower.

- The Dragon is often subject to (minor) griefing and pranks, mainly by BadBoyHalo. Hats have been built onto the dragon's head, pranks have been done using reinforced blocks and/or Skeppy's face, and more.
- The bridge to the Foolish Dragon, for some reason, is frequently visited by Cucurucho and members of the Federation during the Lore seen in the lives recorded on QSMP Info, being the place where the characters always use to go to Egg Island by boat, or when Luffy was seen arriving from the island to the bridge.
- Leo claims the dragon is protected by her best friend "Thor", an invisible entity with the ability to summon lightning. According to Leo, Thor is the reason the binary entity does not/cannot go near the dragon.
- Roier has completely blown up the Dragon Statue twice; first on 11 April, 2023 and then on 17 May, 2024.
- Neither of these explosions are considered canon; they were done solely for fun and with the knowledge that the QSMP admins were already intending to roll-back the server by an entire day (thus no actions done that day would be saved).
