Little Buddies[1] are mysterious little creatures that reside in Purgatory. They were first seen on November 8, 2023 (Day 5 of Purgatory and Day 231 of QSMP), with one of them appearing to ElMariana in the Team Blue area, keeping him company after joining the server. According to Bertie, there are 45 Little Buddies in total on the island.[2]
These creatures have a single eye, being assimilated to The Watcher.
They are small white creatures with short arms and legs, a slightly wide torso, and one large, brown eye on their faces which is always looking around. They have a bright red heart shape on the left side of their chests, which glows in the dark.
Personality[]
They are sweet, friendly and helpful creatures who seems to enjoy accompanying others and making them happy, enjoying playing flute, using maracas and blowing bubbles.
They don't speak, only nodding their head and crouching when they pay attention or scared, and they set off fireworks when excited or happy.

Purgatory Day 5[]
The first sighting of a Little Buddy was on day 5 of Purgatory when Mike Wazowski appeared to ElMariana and hung out with him for the day.
Purgatory Day 7[]
On Day 7, all of the Little Buddies flocked to Tubbo and gave him a scavenger hunt to complete. They all hung out with him for the duration of his time on the server while he was on BBC 3 (national TV in Britain). It was through this scavenger hunt that Tubbo found out the name of the little creatures is "Little Buddies" and gave Rupert, Bertie, Caramel and Scoob their names and led them around like a little army.

Iris Barriguinha Mole
They were named by Baghera Jones, the first person they met on the tip of a small desert hill. Baghera bonded very quickly with the creature and showed her team's base (Bolas) to them. They love blowing bubbles, swinging maracas and dancing. Cellbit later appears and laughs at them a lot, comparing them to a Brazilian mascot, later convincing them to change their name to "BarriguinhaMole". They consider their full name as "Barriguinha Mole Iris". Philza struggled with pronouncing the name BarriguinhaMole, so he named the Buddy Molly, which was met with their agreement.

Mike Wazowski
Named by ElMariana. They're possibly the first Little Buddy who appeared to Mariana at Soulfire's base, keeping him company initially and without a name, only being named Mike Wazowski later when Mariana was with Tina.

Trousers
Named by BadBoyHalo and Pac. Trousers wears a pair of enchanted leather trousers and goggles and has been known to wear a gas mask but took it off after being accused of preferring Team Bolas even though he is friendly towards them. Trousers affiliates himself with Team Soulfire and typically hangs around with them. Soulfire teammates Bad, Tubbo, and Pac were the first to encounter Trousers.
Formerly named "Little Buddy", they were later named by FitMC as Luffy due to their hat. It is a reference to the main character of a show One Piece, where a character of the same name wears a similar straw hat. They're friends with Team Green. They also own a fedora, but prefer to wear the straw one (which has a Cucurucho face on top of it. Likes giving flowers, dancing and helping the Green Ninjas team.

Not much is known about this Buddy, other than they seem to like wearing a round scuba helmet hence Tubbo gave him the name Scoob on Day 7.

Bertie
Bertie doesn't wear any notable items, but they like to drink tea. Tubbo named them when they first appeared on day 7 and after asking Bertie if his favourite thing was tea, he learned that Bertie's favourite thing is Canada although, he is not Canadian himself. Bertie showed up again on Day 12 (238) at the Red Team base for Cellbit and wanted his attention, showing some pictures of rats, saying he doesn't like rats but that he is one. He wanted tea but Cellbit couldn't make it for him because he didn't have ashes, so he threatened him with a sword. Bertie reappears to him again while Cellbit was climbing mountains and keeps doing T-Pose and teasing him.

Caramel likes to eat candy apples which is why Tubbo named them Caramel on day 7 when they first appeared. Caramel wears a soda hat.

Coco was named by BadBoyHalo when they showed up on day 7 after the egg war. They wear a snow helmet or a cyan leather helmet on their head. Coco returned in Purgatory 2 and stayed at Team Raccoon's base, also encountering Rat Roier and Ratackity.

Bolitas Peludas
Bolitas was named by Baghera and Roier when they showed up on day 10 of Purgatory. They wear a Froststalker helmet on their head.
Trivia[]
When the Little Buddy appeared behind ElMariana, its name was 0011010000. However, it is unknown whether it is something related to the character or just the admin's account name.
The Little Buddies created a scavenger hunt for Tubbo when he was playing Purgatory live on National TV raising money for Children in Need.
Tubbo asked Bertie how many Little Buddies there were and Bertie showed the amount via sand that there was about 45 of them.
