QSMP Flags is a mechanic first introduced on October 2nd, 2023 (Day 194 of QSMP), that allows Members to select from a list of country flags which ones they'd like displayed next to their username in chat and on the player list.
The Menu appears when the player logs into the server for the first time and can be accessed again via a hotkey, allowing them to choose as many flags as they want.
