Risus Potion, also known as Happy Pills, is a bottle of white pills created by the Federation. It was first seen on Day 172 (September 10, 2023), being used by Forever, President of Quesadilla Island, given by Cucurucho so that he could control his explosive impulses, which last day had resulted in the total destruction of the Island, done in an act of fury after the disappearance of his son Richarlyson that happened without any explanation.
Appearance[]
Risus Potion is a pot of white pills with Cucurucho's face and a pink cross printed on it. On the back is a grey and white texture, possibly a label.
Description[]
The Item's description is in Portuguese reading "Uma misdura criada pela FEDERAÇÃO sentimentos alegres." and translates to: "A blend created by the FEDERATION to bring happiness and joyful feelings."
Effects[]
After consuming the pills the user is left with happy feelings and, as seen, quite exaggerated. Consuming the item recovers two hunger bars.
Forever[]

When Forever was seen consuming it, the pills made it practically impossible for him to be negative, always thinking that everything is fine, even if something wrong was happening in front of him. He often seemed like another person, while his true self was inside, often waking up in desperate situations that not even medicine could hide, like when Cellbit told him that he would take the pills too, and Forever was gesturing to the sides very slowly, as he didn't agree with this but the medicine prevented him from speaking.

The effects of the medicine also made Forever think that Richarlyson was not missing and could see him sleeping in a bed, but it was actually a pile of rocks with his shirt, made so that he thought it was his son and that everything was fine.
When the effects of the medicine began to wear off, Forever had an individual effect, in which he began to have auditory hallucinations of a clock ticking that he began to hear in his office at the Election Tower some hours later after Richarlyson disappeared and his sanity decreasing. This caused Forever to become extremely enraged, thinking that anyone around him was messing with him and making that noise, so he would start screaming and start throwing explosives at them if it lasted too long. When he was imprisoned at Ordo Theoritas Headquarters by Cellbit to take away his medication and return him to normal, Forever's fury made him see Cellbit and the others as Cucurucho, screaming at him and threatening him aggressively as he went through withdrawals from the pills.

Pac began taking the Risus pills in an attempt to create a remedy to fight the Federation's control over Forever. He tried to resist the pills' effect on his mind in order to keep his sanity by taking a smaller and less regular dose. Splinters of his real self still shone through but he was overcome with laughter and overwhelming happiness. However this happiness didn't last long and Pac had to keep regularly taking the pills, now addicted, otherwise he would have breakdowns. He would go from insane highs on the pills to depressive lows when the effects began to wear off.
Despite the Risus' effects on him, Pac managed to find the courage to deliver one of his pill bottles to Cellbit and an explanation of his actions, leaving it in the bedroom of Cellbit's Castle. While he delivered these items to Cellbit, Pac felt extremely paranoid and as if someone were watching him. Whether this was an effect of the pills or not is unknown as the medication Pac left never actually made it to Cellbit, having mysteriously disappeared by the time the barrel was found.
Nullifying the Effects[]
Before Pac sacrificed himself and became another victim of the Risus potion, he found experimented and found a cure and wrote down instructions but was unable to follow through with creating it. Pac kept these instructions written down and under lock and key in a briefcase labelled "O MELHOR DIA DE TODOS!" which was found by Cellbit, BadBoyHalo and Phil when Cellbit launched an investigation after finding a letter from Pac explaining his plan of using himself as a test subject to the medicine in his castle.
Cellbit succeeded in creating the cure, using fermented spider eye and placing it in a brewing stand to mix it with the risus potion, acquiring a syringe with a symbol in the middle resembling the Ordo Theoritas logo called "The Reality Dose".
The cure was injected into Forever and later into Pac, after they were caged by Cellbit, Bad and Phil (Tubbo also joining) in the Ordo Theoritas Headquarters and had their medicine removed from inventory. After that, Pac soon woke up free from the effects of the medicine, but Forever ended up going into a coma for a while and had to be monitored at the Ordo Theoritas hospital wing as he had been taking the pills for a longer period of time.
