Ron, originally named WB011, is one of the Faceless Workers from the Federation, being a Rank-B Worker. He was kidnapped by BadBoyHalo, who wanted to acquire information about the missing eggs, and this was revealed on September 13, 2023. He ended up naming him "Ron" and freeing him.
Since then, Ron decided to leave his farm in search of BadBoyHalo as he hadn't shown up to visit in months due to QSMP Prison and QSMP 2024. In searching for him, Ron found a way to be free from the Federation, and returned home to his family that he had been taken from upon joining the organisation. In case someone came looking for him, Ron left a book explaining his actions; thanking Bad that even though his time spent kidnapped being some of the worst days of his life, it has now given him the chance to finally reunite with his family.
Physiology[]
Ron is a normal faceless white Federation Worker, that seems to have a resemblance to a bear, but the details are unclear. Covered in what may be white fur, his face is unsettlingly blank, and with what seems like animal paws on his arms. Due to lack of distinguishable traits, only his attire provides any clue to his identity – safety helmets, safety vests, and tool belts.
On Day 199, he was seen in his home wearing a pink robe instead of his regular builder's outfit, only wearing his helmet along with it.
Personality[]
Ron acted in accordance to how a typical Federation worker is expected to act. He was very scared and afraid of Bad, who he doesn't trust when he insists that he doesn't know anything about the missing eggs, until he started to calm down on Day 184 when BadBoyHalo put some furniture in his cell.
On Day 199, the day Ron was seen in his pink robe for the first time, it was clear Ron had developed some sort of trust towards BadBoyHalo. He was seen giving BadBoyHalo playful hits, and also being sassy with him. Ron had given BadBoyHalo a hug and claimed he'd let bygones be bygones, and that he forgives him for kidnapping him.

Positive
FamilyBad is the one responsible for Ron's kidnapping. He locked Ron in a cell, and was quite aggressive at first by psychologically torturing Ron in an attempt to make him reveal information about the eggs. Ron appeared to be very fearful of Bad, admitting that he was scared of him and desperately wanted to get out of that situation.
Over time, it seemed that Bad started to become friendlier with Ron, furnishing his cell and providing him with a new dwelling. He even promised not to abduct any more people from the federation and allowed Ron to see the eggs one day. Bad and Ron seem to have developed a healthier relationship, with Bad letting him meet Dapper. Bad has stated that Ron is, "A part of the family (referring to Halo Family) now".
Following BadBoyHalo's disappearance due to QSMP Prison and QSMP 2024, Ron decided to leave the farm behind in search of him. In case Bad, or someone else, came looking for him, Ron left behind a book and quill explaining his actions after months of silence. In it, Ron expressed his gratitude to Bad, stating that even though his time spent kidnapped was some of the worst days of his life, it granted him the chance to finally reunite with his family at home. With that in mind, Ron told him that he has since forgiven Bad for his actions and will remember their time together fondly.[3]
Neutral/Positive FamilyWhen Ron first properly met him, he gave him a sandwich and roses which Dapper later gives him ratatouille. While Bad tells Dapper how he kidnapped Ron, Dapper states Ron is now family since everyone in the family gets kidnapped, with Dapper getting kidnapped 5 times. To cheer Dapper up on his several kidnappings, Ron gifts Dapper a purple allium flower that Dapper happily accepts, jumping around in joy.

Neutral/PositiveRon first heard about Baghera through very brief reports as his time as a Federation Worker.[4] Baghera is one of the few inhabitants of the island who knew about Ron's abduction by Bad, as Bad showed Ron's location to her. Baghera displayed genuine concern for him. She told Bad to release the worker, expressing that it was wrong and he should stop. She inquired if Ron was hurt and if he was okay every time she hung out with him. Baghera wanted to set him free from the Federation and captivity, but she continued to keep Bad's secret to maintain his trust in her. Bad promised to her that he wouldn't let anything bad happen to Ron.
Ron talks about his feelings of individuality and loneliness with Baghera, uncertain of what to do with himself since he has former Federation past ties. Baghera often comforts him, expressing that she can relate to the struggles of his past life of not being able to choose where they grew up. She reiterates that even if they didn't get to choose back then, they can now make their own identity and choices.

PositiveRon admitted that Fred was his boss before BadBoyHalo kidnapped him. Fred seems to care a lot about Ron, as he has been compiling numerous reports about possible culprits in his disappearance and has been inquiring about Ron's whereabouts from the other island residents.
PositiveRon admitted to Baghera that Walter Bob was an old friend of his, and that they used to monitor cameras together. Ron said that he misses him, and doesn't know where he is now.
