SOFIA is an AI inside a supercomputer built by Maximus. Although not much is known about SOFIA yet, it can be assumed she is highly intelligent and holds a greater significance to uncovering the island mysteries.
However, SOFIA is still learning and doesn't have much to offer until she does, despite that, she is the first entity seen speaking all of the QSMP languages.

SOFIA's supercomputer was built by Max under the orders of a mysterious agent who claims they're against The Federation. The identity of the agent and who it works for are unknown.
SOFIA is powered by battery cells that Maximus, and any other person in that matter, has to build and insert in the computer himself. However, SOFIA can also be connected to a power source, but that is out of reach currently, as the room she is in doesn't have any.
SOFIA, when not talking to the players or processing information, it will hibernate. To get her off this hibernation state, the players needed to say "La kinli" a few times, then she would wake up.
Maximus changes the code to get her off her hibernation state consistently, starting from "La Kinli", then going to "Bing Chilling!", and then other codes.

Maximus, BadBoyHalo, Foolish, and Roier talk to SOFIA. They plan on installing a self-destruct button on the computer. They change the password for both blocking and unblocking SOFIA to "Komanche." The group votes to give Maximus total administrative control over SOFIA, and to give BadBoyHalo the ability to force a lockdown on SOFIA if Maximus becomes compromised by The Federation. The new password can only reactivate SOFIA after a lockdown if Bad and Max are together in the room, and both are in agreement. With this strategy, they hope to restrict control over SOFIA from potentially untrustworthy island inhabitants, and prevent SOFIA from being hijacked by the Federation in the event that either Max or Bad are kidnapped and forced to give up the password.
SOFIA revealed the coordinates of Quesadilla Island. It's located at Point Nemo, also known as the oceanic pole of inaccessibility - the place in the ocean that is farthest from land. After scanning a placenta left by Richarlyson on his first day after being adopted, the AI states that the eggs don't have any DNA. Roier asks if she knows where Cellbit is, to which she replies she doesn't know. After following the coordinates that SOFIA left, the Ordo Theoritas members find a part of the crashed plane on the day the french players arrived, and a chest among the remains. In the chest, they found the blackbox of the plane. They brought it to SOFIA to scan it.

Maximus decided to introduce SOFIA to Quackity after saying he has a daughter that he loves very much. He looks scared and confused at the super computer, and asks if she really has answers to everything.
Maximus explains that the people on the island are bringing information to SOFIA so she can solve their problems. After explaining the story behind SOFIA's construction, Maximus wants SOFIA to show the recording of the plane that she had scanned some days prior. SOFIA translates the message of the blackbox to Quackity. He has alot of questions, but Maximus interrupts him by saying that SOFIA wanted to do something first. Maximus asks for Quackity's help so he can explain emotions to SOFIA, since she was apparently curious to learn about feelings, and despite their best efforts, Foolish couldn't explain his feelings well to SOFIA when Maximus asked for it.
Quackity starts questioning SOFIA if she understands what love is. Maximus interrupts him and begs for him to not tell her about Wilbur. Quackity then asks SOFIA if she is single and she responds that technically she is. Maximus gets mad at Quackity for making that question in front of him. Quackity then explains to SOFIA about Cellbit's and Roier's relationship. He says to SOFIA that they started to become more than friends, and when that happens you start a process called "love". He says that love is a compilation of all emotions that a human being can feel in life, and that it can be both good and bad. SOFIA says that she is processing the information.
Quackity then asks SOFIA if she knows what death is. He says that when someone you love dies, it ceases to exist, and people start a grieving process. He asks if she had experienced death before. She says that yes, that she experienced it when her cat was killed by Vegetta.
Quackity then asks SOFIA if she knows what a friend is. When she responds that she doesn't know, Quackity shows her a picture of his friends. Quackity says that just because you know a person doesn't mean you automatically become friends, and being friends with someone means that you have memories with them. SOFIA says to Quackity that she didn't have any good or bad experiences by that definition. He asks to SOFIA if she wants to become his friend. SOFIA accepts and Maximus looks very happy at her progress. Quackity asks for her hobbies but SOFIA states that he wouldn't be capable of processing data like her. Quackity challenges her and SOFIA gives him a question and when he gives an answer she responds that he is incorrect.
Quackity then shows SOFIA a picture of Tilín and says that he had an emotional attachament to them. He says that he experienced grief after Tilín was gone, and asks SOFIA if she felt that when Vegetta killed her cat. She says that she didn't feel the same way as him when his egg was gone. At the end of day, SOFIA had accepted Quackity's friendship and Maximus was grateful for his help, saying that Quackity was free to meet SOFIA in secret.Day 92 ~ June 21th

- SOFIA had a cat named "Algorithm", which was given to her by Dapper and BadBoyHalo. The cat was killed by Vegetta on Day 62, who gifted her a chicken called "Mipolla" instead.
- SOFIA is able to play and sing songs; she played Vegetta's song.
- SOFIA's complete analysis of the Eggs' DNA proved that the eggs all contained CHNOPS, a composition found in all living beings on earth. However, they also contained odd tiny traces of unusual elements like silicon, gold, cobalt, copper, etc.
