An A-rank worker wearing glasses and acting as a scientist was referred to as WA01 by Elena. It's also possible this was an error as the worker number is intended to be unique to the worker and remain the same as they rise and fall in the ranks, but it is also possible that this doubling is indicative that The Federation has more than 100 workers and that these numbers may be shortened to the digits after the 0 closest to the end of the number. Previously, a worker with the same glasses was seen wearing an orange vest, both on Day 226+8 and 226+13.

On Day 340, Elena found a book labelled as "WA12",[2] the contents and status of the worker are unknown.

On Day 226+8, Cucurucho called for an emergency meeting. When WA02 did not answer him in order to spread word, Cucurucho called on WB012 to inform the workers in his stead. After the meeting, Cucurucho sent a single unspecified worker to EGG Island. This worker was quickly possessed by The Watcher and used to mediate the elimination day event. Once the event concluded and the residents dispersed, the Watcher released the worker from his control and the worker swiftly succumbed to a Shadow Virus infection. Luffy found this worker, and the map they followed from Quesadilla to EGG Island, and followed the path in reverse. Not long after Luffy arrived on Quesadilla Island, Luffy was found and interrogated. During this interrogation, Luffy informed the Federation that the worker sent to EGG Island had died. Many assume this worker to be WB012.

On Day 249, Etoiles invaded a Federation laboratory and killed a number of guards there. On the body of one of the workers, Etoiles found a book addressed to WC013 asking after a broken coffee machine and offering to arrange a crowd funding page where workers could pitch in duck coins to replace it.[3] The note also says the authour looks forward to seeing WC013 when they find time in their busy schedule and asks WC013 how they would feel about going to the bakery with the authour who signed the book only as "Yours Truly". Previously, on Day 226+8[4] and Day226+13[5], the same worker complained to Cucurucho about broken coffee machines. Presumably, this worker is WC013.
This worker was not present on Day 253 during the urgent meeting for all employees after the Binary Entity was freed, which is also the meeting that we learned the coffee machines had been fixed. On Day 261, WC013 was seen in the Federation offices. His demeanor on this day seemed melancholic until Elena hosted an after work dinner at her home. At this party, WC013 mans the grill rather than dancing with the others. After the meal, WC013 finally joins the group in a celebratory dance after viewing the picture of the workers together and gives Elena some coffee and two red tulips. The following morning, also on Day 261, WC013 approaches Elena outside her office and shows her a Barbie inspired poster they made for her, and thanks her for getting the coffee machines fixed finally. Later this day, WC013 had a conversation with Cucurucho outside of the Main Office's storage room as Elena snuck into the room behind Cucurucho's back. On Day 266, while Elena is mulling over the guilt of having stolen a book of confidential information, WC013 happens upon her and breaks her from her thoughts by giving her another red tulip and more coffee. WC013 asks her if she's alright, noticing she seems off, and gives her yet another red tulip and more coffee. When Elena reassured them that she was alright, they informed her that she had been summoned to Cucurucho's office and hands her two more red tulips and even more coffee. As Elena talks to Cucurucho, behind Cucurucho, Cider and WC013 can be seen searching for something in the storage room and the barrels outside of it and intermittently looking over to Elena and Cucurucho. After the conversation, Elena asks WC013 if they need help, which they say they do and then start to show Elena the books in the barrels outside the room. Elena tells them the problem is none of their business when he starts to head into the storage room, and asks them to be careful before leaving the office. The next morning, still on Day 266, WC013 approached Elena in her office and asked her if she saw what they had seen in the storage room and whether she was curious about it and if they should investigate more. Elena disagreed, asking WC013 to be careful and telling them that they should not investigate any further. After this answer, WC013 went directly to Cucurucho's office to discuss something with him. After this brief meeting, WC013 waved at Elena from afar before she left the office again. On the 3rd morning of Day 266, WC013 approaches Elena in her office after she has returned one of the books with classified information to Cucurucho and asks her if she has a book titled "CLASSIFIED". Elena leads WC013 behind the bookshelves near the back of her office and tells them that she does have the book. WC013 asks Elena to give them the book, explaining she will learn the reason why in due time. Immediately after leaving her office, WC013 goes to Cucurucho's office and hands him an unknown item and waves at Elena on their way out of the office. WC13 was killed by Elena on Day 278, after attempting to alert the other Federation Employees to Elena's snooping through confidential files, as confirmed by Cucuruchoon Day 286. Although on Day 226+13 WC13 showed signs of a mild Shadow Virus infection, by the time of their death, and notably after the Federation had some breakthroughs in treating the infection, their arms showed no more signs of infection.

Before his kidnapping, Fred identified WD015 and WD016 as exceptional D Rank workers and suggested they should be observed for potential promotions.[6]

On Day 224, FitMC discovered a book in an abandoned Federation broadcast station that contained a note exchanged between WD045 and WD026. With the note, WD045 asked WD026 if they would like to go on a date and WD026 marked that yes, they would.

WB027 was seen briefly on Day 220 after Cellbit found documents outlining the facts around his kidnapping to the Hunger Games as well as some of his childhood possessions, including a backpack with diaries detailing his adventures with Bagi from before he was kidnapped. When leaving the secure room with these items, WB027 and another unspecified worker sat in the office, blocking his escape. When he was quickly spotted, Cellbit demanded the two hand over more evidence, and when WB027 refused and attempted to fight Cellbit off, Cellbit killed him.
On Day 340, Elena found a book named as "WB27".[7]

WB35 was Elena's accomplice to the murder of WC013. For this reason, WB35 was arrested by Agent 18 on Day 286. On Day 295, Elena shot and killed WB35, when forced to choose between her life and place in the Federation, and WB35's. The only witness of the murder was Cider, meaning Cider may be WB35.

On Day 222, Etoiles fought his way through a cobblestone dungeon. Within this dungeon, there was a report on Entity Activity. This report detailed an encounter between 3 Federation scouts and a Code Entity on June 10th(Day 81) where an entity was captured. In this report, one casualty was recorded. This casualty was WS041.

On Day 252, FitMC found a book and quill named "hurried note" at the Outpost Nawia summit office, signed by WB046. The note explains that the guard stationed at the office on Day 249 received a signal from the lab nearby telling them that the security alarm had been set off and that, when no one answered their attempts at contacting the guards there, they had gone to the lab to check to see if everything was alright. This guard may be alive, but the facts that their delivery was never made and that Fit had to collect it days after it was prepared for delivery implies WB046 is one of the five guards Etoiles killed while beraking out the captured Code.
