The tickets the members of the QSMP received Via a link to a minecraft world into a room similar to the creators streaming room. The ticket will be in English or Spanish depending on the streamer's preferred language.
Some tickets weren't shown right away, all of which were later posted on a Twitter account.[1][2][3]
Serial Codes
The tickets that we have seen are numbered and have seemingly random digits, which seems like a serial code. On May 20th, nearly 2 months after the QSMP had launched, the digits were discovered to be parts of a Google Docs document meant for the QSMP ARG, to answer Puzzle 10:00.

Jacksepticeye's Train Ticket was found as an unused asset due to a bug. When changing the language for global transcriptions in the mod to Chinese (Traditional), some characters are replaced by other assets (the QSMP logo and Jacksepticeye's train ticket are among them).
The number in the ticket is "#0042", suggesting another player had a ticket created but rejected the invite. The code is "Tj", part of Quackity's 2nd code.
