Vegetta's Tower, or Torre del Sabio ("Tower of the Wise"), is Vegetta's first build on the QSMP, as well as his place of residence.

Description[]

Located within Quesadilla Island's closest Badlands, it is a cobblestone tower standing at the top of a mountain. Orange stairs go down until they reach the bottom of the mountain and directly connect to a long bridge over the river.

Along the sides of the stairs are turrets intended to fend off intruders and unwelcome guests; all entrances into the tower are secured shut, with only Vegetta, Foolish and Leo having access to open and close them.

Exterior[]

The build, even the extensions surrounding it, follows a fantasy theme, meant to look like a tower belonging to a wizard (hence the alias "Tower of the Wise"). It's also entirely symmetrical, in line with Vegetta's strong preference of such in his constructions.

Along with the cobblestone is streaks of lava flowing down the structure and stained purple glass for windows; there's lava flowing along the sides of the stairs as well.

Leo's Zoo[]

The backyard is fortified by cobblestone walls. The garden is colourfully decorated by lush plants and tall trees, and a variety of animals (belonging to Leo) reside here, hence it being called "Leo's Zoo".

In the centre sits a man-made lake, cut across the middle by a wooden bridge. To the lake's right is a cottage; both this and the bridge were built by Leo. Along with some of the glowing trees, providing light around the area are lamps and torches.

One of the tower's (secured) entrances can be accessed from here.

Vegetta's Statue[]

Built by Foolish with Leo's help, as a gift to Vegetta. It is located next to the bridge, over the river and left of the tower.

Ferris Wheel and Floating Islands[]

Right behind the top of the tower is a purple ferris wheel with a wooden carriage.

Three floating islands surround the wheel and tower; two of them to the left and right of the wheel, and with a tall enchanted tree on each island. The third island, between the other two and in front of the wheel, holds a beacon atop a pyramid of gold.

Interior[]

The tower consists of five main floors, all accessible to each other by camouflaged elevators. Each floor is made of spruce wood (except the Workshop floors) and is decorated with glow berry vines hanging off their ceilings. Glowstones, torches, lamps and candles are scattered around the tower for lighting purposes.

1st Floor - Entrance[]

The ground floor, and where the tower's front and back door (from the garden) directly leads to. The walls are decorated with fanart portraits of Vegetta.

This floor was Vegetta's first (temporary) bedroom and storage base, while the upper floors were still in construction.

2nd and 3rd Floor - Create Workshop[]

The second and third floors are considered the "work-related" areas of the house, with both floors mainly composed of Create machines.

In addition to their elevators. the two floors are connected to each other via a ladder. On the wall opposite to the ladder, a painting of Leo and Vegetta made by Richarlyson hangs.

4th Floor - Villager Trading Hall[]

Here is Vegetta's villager trading hall. The villager posts are symmetrically divided by cobblestone and wood along the walls in a circular shape, leaving space in the middle. Following the circular pathing and hanging off the ceiling are cages with birds and cats inside.

As a guard, an iron golem freely roams the floor.

5th Floor - Living Room[]

The top floor is where Vegetta rests and spends time with his family. Fanart portraits of the family are hung around the walls and bookcases are (again, symmetrically) scattered around the space. Some of Vegetta's cats also reside here. On the front wall is one of the secured entrances, opening to a long, outdoor balcony facing the front of the tower. On the rear wall is a portrait of Vegetta, with a decorated fireplace right below. On the fireplace is a Goddess Statue and on the floor infront is a globe with three purple armchairs surrounding it. On both the right and left are walls of organised chests along with some other utility blocks; Vegetta's place of storage.

Vegetta s Tower 2

The 5th floor and its mezzanines. The Ferris wheel is also in view.

Right above these two walls of chests is a small mezzanine [Note 1] each, accessed by a ladder in their corners. In the right mezzanine is Vegetta (and sometimes Foolish)'s bed, while on this left is Leo's.

While Vegetta's side is rather simple and tidy, Leo's is more cluttered with her own (unorganised) chests as well as her own furniture and decorations, including a big Spongebob plush.

Libreria[]

TBA.

Leo's Bunker[]

Vegetta s Tower 3 (Leo s bunker)

Leo's Bunker

Right under the tower is secret bunker only known and accessible to Vegetta, Foolish and Leo, the very three who built it.

It's a small, secured room with no openings, only a waystone as a means of entry and exit. Glowstones are in every corner, with an extra two purple lamps symmetrically placed opposite one another. There are three beds placed right next to one another: the left one yellow (Foolish's), the middle one pink (Leo's), and the right one purple (Vegetta's). Above the beds, on the wall they're against, the left and right are covered by symmetrical bushes, while a painting of Leo and her parents occupies the rest of the wall space.

Trivia[]

  • Las Casualonas Nightclub used to be situated within the mountain that this tower stands on, but was moved to the end of the wall due to the immense lag it caused in the area.
  • The ferris wheel, some of the Create mechanics and the rear side of the tower one day completely disappeared.
    • This is possibly due to QSMP admins attempting to reduce server lag (which Create mechanics greatly contribute to). The destruction of the back of the tower is a complete accident, though.
  • All mobs, including Leo's animals and Vegetta's villagers and iron golem, one day randomly died all at once.
    • This was also possibly the admins attempting to reduce server lag by removing mobs.[Note 2] The mobs at Vegetta's base are not the only ones who may have accidentally effected though, as some other islanders also mysteriously lost some of their mobs.

Notes[]

  1. A mezzanine is an intermediate floor in a building which is partly open to the double-height ceilinged floor below, or which does not extend over the whole floorspace of the building.
  2. Somehow Vegetta's cats on the fifth floor survived though.
